Privacy Policy
How Fence Fanatics LLC handles your information, website inquiries, and text messaging preferences.
Information we collect
Fence Fanatics LLC collects information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, project address, scope, photos, requests, and correspondence. For our text messaging program, we maintain messages, preferences, and consent and opt-out records. Website operation may involve technical information such as browser, device, and usage data.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and coordinate work, provide customer support, maintain business records, protect our services, and meet applicable obligations. SMS consent records help us manage messaging permissions and honor opt-outs.
Sharing and marketing
Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any other information sharing described here excludes mobile opt-in data. Other information may be provided to service providers as needed to operate our business and fulfill requests, or disclosed when required by law. Providers are not authorized to use customer information for their own marketing.
Website forms, chat, and maps
Submitted quote requests and chat follow-up requests are sent through FormSubmit to admin@fencefanatics.com. Chat details are emailed when you choose to submit the follow-up form. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your project. Address searches in the measurement tool are sent to the U.S. Census Bureau; aerial imagery comes from USGS. Those providers receive technical information necessary to handle requests. We send the project information you choose to submit with your quote request.
Storage and measurement
Using “Save on this device” stores fence selections in your browser; the saved plan excludes contact details, address, map coordinates, and notes. You can remove this saved data through your browser’s site-data controls. The site prepares limited interaction events such as a phone-link click or accepted quote request for future analytics integration. These events exclude contact information, message text, and addresses; no external analytics destination is configured in this version.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We retain information as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and consent records, honor communication preferences, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal requirements.
Your choices
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law or needed to honor an opt-out. Reply STOP or CANCEL to stop text messages, or HELP for messaging assistance. See our SMS terms.
